Carmela is purposeful in sharing the in-moment tools of mental & emotional redemption that have transformed her living. She believes higher consciousness is not a far off state – it is a choice within each breath to open your mind & heart to every moment that comes. She is a certified kundalini yoga & meditation teacher. She travels the world creating activation spaces guiding the embodiment of expanding consciousness.
Owen Michael has been a plant-based chef for 15 years. His journey began preparing raw, living foods that vitalize the mind and body. His passion for high-vibrational food has taken him all over the world: chef-ing at healing retreat centers, learning from locals, and cooking for celebrities. Owen’s purpose is raising vibration through sharing food from the heart.
